We stand behind our equipment and our work. You can have the highest end system, but it is only as good as the quality of install you get. The equipment we advise comes with a minimum 10 year manufacturer warranty.

Many older homes were built without AC. With temperatures soaring, even near the coast, we help many of our clients add AC to their homes. We also have experience with Historical Buildings and are trusted to maintain the integrity of the building, from 120 year old woodwork when adding air supplies or safely replacing old, hazardous electrical and gas connections.

With rising gas prices, many people have or are getting solar. Converting your gas furnace to a Heat Pump system  (which is electric) could be a great option for you! There are currently tax incentives being offered to homeowners who make the switch. We would be happy to help you decide if this would be the best option for you!

If you haven’t heard of ductless air conditioning, you’re not alone. Ductless air conditioning is less common. We offer full home duct replacement, new installation, as well as repairs or upgrades. Changing your duct can greatly increase the efficiency of your system. Many older homes have asbestos ducting. We provide safe, licensed abatement services to get this dangerous material removed from your home.
